Replacement double margin door in Accoya modified timber

Our client had a set of single glazed French doors to their garden. The two doors were very narrow, not practical for access as well as being draughty and starting to rot. They wanted to replace the door set as well as making the door set more usable.
We recommended having a double margin door which retained the look of the pair of doors but opened as one for ease of access. The door features ball-bearing hinges, an insurance approved deadlock and secondary security locks.

It is kept thermally efficient with double glazing and draught excluding gaskets. The door set was installed in the Autumn of 2015 and has kept our client warm and draught free since then. It was made using Accoya which is a chemically modified softwood. Accoya is very stable as well as being resistant to rot and insect attack.
